Technical Support

Several large events are held in Kalgoorlie-Boulder annually. For these, additional equipment and technical expertise is imported from Perth. The event organisers, including the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry, have developed a strong working relationship with some of Perth’s leading event companies.

Catering

Local catering companies have vast experience in catering for a wide range of events and activities, whether it is community BBQs, cocktail parties, luncheons and formal dinners for large numbers.

Curtin University Campus, runs a Hospitality Course that provides students with hands-on experience through the operation of its full-sized commercial kitchen. The University students can be contracted to cater for large events. Many of the local restaurant operators are also equipped to do outside catering for functions attracting up to 500.
