Licenses
Insurance requirements deem that riders be members of both EGCC and Cycling Australia to race – no licence means no race.
Club membership fees: $40
Junior membership fees: $20

** There are a number of different license options available to riders who want to race but don't want to pay for a full Cycling Australia license that covers club, state and interstate racing.
These are as follows:
| Day license: | $20.00 | Enables participant to race for one day in club, state and interstate racing. |
| Club license: | $132.00 | Enables holder to compete in all club events for the entire year, but not in other club events such as Perth races or inter-state. |
| Full license: | $154.00 | Enables holder to compete in events throughout Australia from 1 Jan–31 Dec. |
